Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Stock4 (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by iCentric Systems Ltd, trading as Harbour SW Development (“we”, “us”, “Stock4”).

2. Your account

Stock4 accounts are held by a company, which may invite users and assign them access roles. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account, and your company is responsible for managing its users’ access. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on a one-off setup fee plus a monthly subscription and a per-user charge, across the tiers shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled. Indicative pricing shown before or at sign-up may change; we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t refund unused portions of a paid period except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Stock4 to break the law, infringe others’ rights, store content you don’t have the right to store, or interfere with the operation of the Service (including by reverse engineering, scraping at unreasonable volumes, or attempting to bypass billing). We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of everything you put into Stock4 — stock items, stock takes, orders, suppliers, pricing and related records. You grant us the permissions needed to store and display it back to you and the users you invite into your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

6. Intellectual property

The Stock4 software, brands (including the Glazing, Building, Plumbing and Electrics trade apps), design and documentation are owned by iCentric Systems Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms don’t transfer any of that to you; they only let you use the Service.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Stock4 is a stock-management tool. While we work to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that stock levels, pricing or ordering figures generated by the Service are correct for any specific purpose — verify critical figures before acting on them.

8. Termination

You may cancel and close your account at any time by contacting us; doing so wipes your data on our side except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or where we are required to do so by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email; the “Effective” date at the top of this page tracks the current version.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
